Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations
WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT EXCEPTING RETURNS
EXCHANGES (APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS)
For made-to-order pieces, we are currently unable to accept exchanges unless the garment was damaged or faulty prior to shipping.
For standard sized pieces ( pieces that have size options xs -xl ) can be exchanged within 30 days. Garment has to be unused, unwashed and remain in original packaging.
We currently aren’t excepting any returns, exchanges only
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We are currently unable to provide return shipping labels for international orders.
If an exchange is requested, please be aware that the customer will be responsible for covering the return and reshipping cost.
Washing the item(s) will void the exchange policy and the item(s) will no longer be accepted
REFUNDS
We will refund if product is out of stock
We are unable to refund you in cases that the parcel has been taken or stolen from your premises. If the parcel has been marked delivered but you cannot locate it, we highly advise you to contact your local post office to locate it.
We wont issue a refund if the parcel has been refused by the intended receiver and is returned to us.
We won’t issue a refund if recipient fails to collect shipment after being notified.
CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to process cancellations for made-to-order / custom sized pieces
For all other cancellations, a $15 fee will apply.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that your country's customs office may impose additional charges on your order. These fees, which are beyond our control, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Customs fees vary depending on the destination country and may include taxes, duties, and handling charges. For detailed information about potential fees related to your order, we advise reaching out to your local customs office.
Kindly understand that Kanware is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred by customers, and we are unable to reimburse any portion of these charges. It's important to understand that customers are accountable for any customs fees, and we regret to inform that refunds will not be issued for packages that are declined or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
Kanware is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. Nevertheless, in the event that your package fails to arrive, please reach out to contact@kanwareshop.com for further assistants.
