Shipping and Handling

Our garments are made upon order allowing 2-3 weeks before shipping.


During the launch of a new collection or a clearance sale, please be advised that order dispatch may experience delays beyond the usual timeframe due to the increased demand.

DOMESTIC

  • Orders will arrive within 1-2 days after shipment has been collected by Kerry Express

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to track its progress.

INTERNATIONAL

  • Orders will arrive within 1-3 weeks with standard shipping with tracking (made-to-order and preorder lead time is distinct from the shipping duration)

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to track its progress.

  • Buyer is responsible for re-shipping fees if parcel was returned due to incorrect address or failed to collect shipment. We won’t issue a refund if recipient fails to collect shipment.

  • Please note that there may be a possible delay for international orders due to customs clearance

  • It is the responsibility of the recipient to manage any additional steps required for delivery.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

  • Kanware cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen shipments. Nevertheless, in the event that your package fails to arrive, please reach out to contact@kanwareshop.com or file a claim with your local post service that handled it.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • Please note that your country's customs office may impose additional charges on your order. These fees, which are beyond our control, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Customs fees vary depending on the destination country and may include taxes, duties, and handling charges. For detailed information about potential fees related to your order, we advise reaching out to your local customs office.

  • Kindly understand that Kanware is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred by customers, and we are unable to reimburse any portion of these charges. It's important to understand that customers are accountable for any customs fees, and we regret to inform that refunds will not be issued for packages that are declined or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges.
